At arrival to the NES4 site, Warbergs Paintballpark, each player and the company of the players will receive a armbracelet. Just like on concerts. This pass must be worn during the tournament for different reasons. Mainly to enter the players area at the tournament.
The bracelet will also give you free entrance 2 nights, to the best niteclub and disco in Varberg. Friday and Saturday night.
The players party is on Saturday night on second floor and terass, and there will be only players area from 2100 to 2300 with 30% off in the bar, gogogirls and other surprises.
On Saturday night at 21.00 bus will pick up camping players from Warbergs Paintballpark and drive them into Varberg. At 0200 bus will pick you up at the trainstation in Varberg, 500m from NiteClub Oscars, and bring you back to the site. 10 minutes drive.
In other words. Party on!!
Westcoast Challenge 2005 13-14 aug
Every organizer have a 17 pages thick rule-book to follow when organizing a leg of NES, but he also have some slack to put his own touch to his leg. The 4th leg is in Varberg and we will give it our "touch".
The tournament will not differ much from the others except regarding one thing, the Schedule. All the games and the finals in each division will be played in one day. Div 2 & 3 will play on Sunday and div 1 & Elite on Saturday.
The idea is:
No need to wait between games, to drag gear in and out from hotels, to put on dirty wet clothing the second day, to wake up 0600 in the morning for 2 days, to pay for 2 hotel nights. You have all possibilities to make it a cheap tournament.
Of course there are backsides to this kind of schedule too, but please try to give it a shot and then we will see if it works. If it doesnŽt then we will make it a 2 day normal streched out tournament next time.
If you decide to watch the games and stick around for 2 nights, you have all possibilities to party too, since you are not playing both days.
We have applied for beer-tents on the tournament field. Summer in Varberg is full-speed and the cafeŽs, discoteques and outdoor bars are loaded with people. On Saturday evening playercard is vipcard in the no.1 discoteque in Varberg. We have a whole lot of fun up our sleeves and will update with more info soon.
If you can, then book up 2 nights cause we are planning the best party youŽll visit this year... ;)
